If there is one decision that proves how sovereign God is in my life, and how His will supersedes mine, it is how He made my lecturers choose the internship that wasn’t exactly my choice (but had no regrets) which led up to what we see in this moment here. It was mind-blowing and surreal how God brought us together a decade ago (?!), how His signs added up and how our Father’s love spilled over in this way beyond what we could ask or imagine. Guess no one could conceive someone ‘square’ and someone ‘rebel’ ending up together. And yes, one can only think of the trials we faced. Though we’ve walked down the narrow gate on the hard road less travelled, but Christ is the one who holds us and shows His faithfulness and love to us in many ways. May our lives together in sorrow and joy be to God’s glory and pleasure!
The king's heart is a stream of water in the hand of the LORD; he turns it wherever he will. - Proverbs 21:1
Now to him who is able to do far more abundantly than all that we ask or think, according to the power at work within us, to him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, forever and ever. Amen. - Ephesians 3:20-21
